Your child (ren) brought home sign up sheets for dishes to contribute to this event. All proceeds benefit your children at School 2-plus your dish give you one FREE admission /per family to this wonderful event!
Please sign up now! Remember these guidelines: --Dishes need to be in half or full size aluminum disposable trays so they may fit into the chafing dishes. (Aluminum pans can be found at the Dollar Stores) --Each dish should be labeled with its country of origin, the name of the dish, and the family that donated it. --Please create an index card with the list of ingredients for people who have food allergies. We are also looking for simple but delicious trays such as crudites and dips, fruit platters, salads, steamed vegetables etc. Event will take place on Saturday May 4th from 6pm-9pm at the Stillwell Avenue Recreation Center.  March 11th (Monday) and March 12th-DARE Spirit SaleGet ready for the DARE games later this month (3/19th and 3/20th) by purchasing spirit gear to cheer on the School 2 Eagles! Items to be sold at school: pom-poms, foam fingers, tattoos etc. List of prices to come soon. Children will be able to purchase these items during their school day.
PTA Nominations 3/1-3/14 School 2 is seeking active parent volunteers to commit to being part of the PTA at School 2. You can nominate yourself or someone you know for positions such a Co-President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer etc. These positions make a big difference for our children and we hope you will consider giving your time. These positions run from July 2013 throughout the 2013-2014 school year. You can send the forms back with your children.
